About us

AI should answer to the people responsible for the outcome.

Mission

Help companies automate more without losing their rules, memory or accountability.

Taskd builds the rules and memory behind high-accountability AI workflows, beginning with maritime operations.

Why Taskd

The people behind Taskd.

Taskd began with the difficult layer between operational inboxes and systems: inconsistent documents, domain identity, exceptions, approvals and evidence. That is where generic AI stops being a demo and becomes an accountable operating change.

Co-founder and CEO

Ryan Hanley

Ryan previously led DeFi product at institutional trading-infrastructure firm Elwood Technologies and served as Managing Director of TokenMarket Technologies. His background spans product development, commercialization and regulated digital-asset markets. That experience informs Taskd's focus on operational workflows where commercial decisions move across disconnected tools.

Co-founder and CTO

Alexander Dollery

Alex was previously Director of AI & ML at London Stock Exchange Group and part of the founding team at Stratified Medical, which became BenevolentAI. Structuring complex data into usable systems has been the focus of his career. That focus addresses the buyer's need for current, structured context from fragmented operational sources.

Principles

Six operating principles.

01

Nothing runs on its own until it has proved it can.

02

Your policies run as checks that fire, not paragraphs the model might read.

03

Your operating logic stays portable. Change vendors and it goes with you.

04

Every decision has a named owner, and it is never "the model".

05

Our claims come with a scope, a dataset, and a way to run them yourself.

06

We connect to your systems. We do not rebuild them.
